Lovell Partnerships has started construction at Gallions 3B, the latest phase in the regeneration of the Royal Docks.

The development by Notting Hill Genesis on the banks of the River Thames will provide 238 homes, of which 76% will be affordable, including London Affordable Rent, London Living Rent and London Shared Ownership homes. 

The Mayor of London Sadiq Khan, who visited the site this week to take part in the topping out ceremony for the Indigo House (Gallions 2B) development next door, commented: “Gallions 3B in Royal Albert Wharf has 76% affordable homes and is a fantastic example of the sterling work our partners are doing to deliver the affordable homes Londoners so desperately need, to build a better London for everyone.”

Mick Laws, Regional Managing Director for Lovell Partnerships building this phase, said: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Notting Hill Genesis and the GLA to provide these much-needed affordable homes for Londoners. Lovell has recently commenced phase 3B and look forward to the successful completion of 238 new homes.”
