BauMont Real Estate Capital and YardNine have appointed Mace as the main contractor to deliver the Edenica office development in Central London EC4.

Designed by Fletcher Priest Architects, the 95,000 sq ft Grade A office and retail development is expected to complete in Q4 2024.

The architects and the developer have previously collaborated on the recently completed Fifty Paddington on Eastbourne Terrace in Paddington W2.
