Landsec with McLaren Construction and BGY architects has started work at Portland Place development in Victoria, London SW1.

The building has been designed to be net zero in both construction and operation and will target WELL Core Gold, BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and a Nabers 5* rating.

The core existing building structure will be retained, achieving about a 60% reduction in embodied carbon compared to the current GLA benchmark.
