Shared Ownership homes at Meridian One are launching in March 2023.

Enfield Council and Vistry Partnership are building nearly 1,000 new homes in the first phase of the £6bn Meridian Water development, of which 25% are offered through the Shared Ownership scheme.

Construction works for the first phase of the development commenced in August 2021. The first completion of the new Council homes will be in 2023.
