Diamond Build Group has completed the Park North development in Tottenham and the first residents have now moved to their new homes.

Comprising 48 homes, the development includes one to four-bedroom apartments and duplex houses across four blocks. 24 of these properties have already been sold, with 20 new homeowners receiving their keys.

The properties are environmentally friendly with solar panels, air source heat pumps, and insulation installed to reduce carbon emissions. The development also features green roofs, bird boxes, and additional planting.

Park North is part of a mixed-use scheme, with 13,000 sq ft of office space being split in half between Diamond Build Group’s head office and affordable commercial rent to local businesses and residents.

The remaining 24 properties are still available for purchase, with an Open Day event scheduled for April 15th, 2023, where potential buyers can tour two new show homes.
