Overview

Park North is a mixed-use development by Kimbrook Property Developments in Seven Sisters, London N15.

The scheme comprises 48 new homes, including apartments and duplex houses ranging from one to four bedrooms. All homes come with private outside space. Help to Buy was available until Autumn 2022.

Amenities include a private landscaped courtyard and cycle storage.

The Stamford Road development features four blocks ranging from three to six storeys, surrounding a central courtyard. The office space will be located on the ground floor.

Solar panels, air-source heat pumps and highly effective insulation are being installed to reduce carbon emissions below those required by Building Regulations. Green roofs and bird boxes will also feature along with additional planting on the first-floor podium to create a light, open feel at the centre of the residential part of the development.

The commercial element of the wider development will provide space for Diamond Build Group’s head office and for local businesses at an affordable rent, nominated by the local council
