McGee starts work on the foundation works at St John's Wood Square
McGee has been selected as the principal contractor for the next phase of the St John’s Wood Square development.
Previously responsible for asbestos removal, demolition, and preparatory works, McGee will now handle activities such as piling, excavation, concrete reinforcement, and basement bearing installations across the five-acre space. The preservation of the Grade II listed Riding School is part of this project.
For the first time, McGee will use its new Bauer BG33 piling rig, a state-of-the-art machine that's eco-friendly and ensures minimised disruption.
