The developers have now secured vacant possession of the remaining units on Kensington Church Street. Waterstones was the last and has now closed its doors on this site as of 1.10.2023.

Contractors are now preparing the site for the eventual planned demolition, pending planning approval. The initial works are scheduled until the end of 2023.
