Westminster Council nominates preferred partner for Church Street Redevelopment

Westminster Council has chosen Mount Anvil as the preferred joint venture partner for the first phase of the Church Street regeneration scheme, known as Site A.
If approved by the Council’s Cabinet, this partnership will mark the beginning of a comprehensive regeneration effort encompassing Sites A, B, and C, ultimately delivering up to 1,120 new homes and various community facilities.
The £275 million redevelopment project aims to deliver 429 new homes, with at least 50% designated as affordable.
