Populo Living has secured £3.83 million Decarbonisation Grant to accelerate the delivery of the first phase of Carpenters Estate Regeneration.

Carpenters Estate restoration and regeneration programme will deliver 2,172 homes local people can afford, with at least 50 per cent at an affordable rent as part of the Council's wider Just Transition climate action plan to retrofit 314 existing homes (44 per cent) on the estate to the highest standard.
