Site acquired
McGrove Securities, a joint venture between Citygrove Securities and McLaren Properties, has acquired a £200m site from retailer John Lewis, represented by JLL.
The Newcastle United owner and Sports Direct founder Mike Ashley has reportedly financed the deal for a luxury residential development in Chelsea, London SW3.
