Lambeth Planning Applications Committee has recently approved plans for the redevelopment of the Homebase site in Streatham Vale, London SW16.

The partnership between Hadley Property Group and Latimer, the development arm of Clarion Housing Group, will redevelop 100 Woodgate Drive, currently occupied by a large Homebase retail store and a car park, to create a new residential-led, mixed-use development that will deliver 237 new homes, including 35% affordable housing.
