The existing 8-storey 109,000 Sq Ft building Leadenhall Court from 1988 is directly adjacent to Leadenhall Market. The building was designed by GMW Partnership.
The 0.3ha site is bound by Leadenhall Street to the north,
Whittington Avenue to the east, Gracechurch Street to the west and Leadenhall Market to the south.

floor, and two basement levels was constructed in
1988. The building contains ca 15,277m2 of floorspace,
and includes 729m2 of retail floorspace.
