Description of North Brent School
North Brent School is a new planned Secondary School in Neasden, London NW10.
The £27 million North Brent School is a brand new state-of-the-art school that is being built by BAM construction.
North Brent School will welcome 120 pupils in September 2020 on the site of the Wembley High Technology College and once the brand new North Brent School building has been completed students will automatically transfer to North Brent School (expected completion date is December 2021).
The school will be run by the Wembley Multi Academy Trust (Wembley High Technology College, East Lane Primary School).
Transport: Neasden tube station 300m.
The school is built on the ca 0.8 ha Chancel House site. Chancel House is a 7,081m2 office building from the 1970’s.
2019 August - Planning application submitted for: Demolition of existing buildings and construction of a secondary school with sixth-form arranged in a 5 storey building incorporating a multi-use games area (MUGA) at roof level and incidental works to include landscaping, play-areas, means of enclosure, access and car and cycle parking.
