In 2021, Osborne was appointed as the main contractor for a £20.8 million refurbishment of the building. The works include alterations to partitions, secondary glazing, new lifts, and roof top enclosures. The reconfiguration and updating of electrical and plant systems will provide modern efficient and reliable facilities and provide improved accessibility. The project started in 2022 and will be completed at the end February 2023.
