One Clapham is a residential development by Mount Anvil in Clapham, London SW11. This is the final phase of the transformation of St John’s Hill, a 1930s Peabody estate.

The scheme comprises 307 new homes across six buildings. Studio, one, two & three-bedroom leasehold homes were available for sale.

The final phase, The Arrival, launched in 2023. The building offers studios and one-bedroom apartments for sale.

The interiors of the new homes are designed by award-winning Atelier NM. Throughout the homes, bronze ironmongery, Matte black fittings, and splashes of copper are a nod to its industrial past.

Hawkins/Brown-designed brick buildings with impressive views across London towards the City. The buildings are set around The Square, a traditional community square designed to host seasonal pop-ups, community events, performances and garden markets.

Amenities include a 24-hour concierge, a Peloton Hub, a Woodland garden & play space and a Social deck & sun terrace.

The Swale Gardens come with native trees and sunken gardens, and The Courtyard features a sun deck and south-facing social lawn, with flowering climbing plants providing year-round colour. The gardens are connected by a floral passage and a quiet woodland trail leading through a pine canopy.

- The Approach (Plot 7/8) - launched summer 2022. Completions from 2026.
- The Arrival - launched in 2023. Completions from 2026.

Peabody selected Mount Anvil as its joint venture partner for the third and final phase of Burridge Gardens.
