Sunday Mills
Key Details
Overview
Sunday Mills is a co-living building by Folk in Earlsfield, London SW18.
The eight-storey building comprises 315 private studios and thoughtfully designed shared spaces for residents to come together and cook, enjoy social events, work-out and relax.
35% of the Studios are reserved as affordable housing, with studios starting from just £182 a week for renters who most need them.
The building features an incredible roof terrace with 360-degree views of London, a huge co-working space, a high-spec community kitchen, a gym, cinema room, lounge and an on-site restaurant and bar for co-living residents to enjoy.
The food hall concept will be situated in the building facing the river, offering different types of cuisine for both Folk and local Earlsfield residents to visit.
The building is powered on 100% renewable energy and Folk donates 1% of the net operating profit of the building back to local charities and community organisations. Folk is also installing beehives on a small island in the River Wandle, which runs next to the building, and will produce its own honey and offer residents the chance to learn beekeeping with free courses.
Sunday Mills is the second in Folk’s co-living building in the capital.
