Overview

Liberty House is a planned mixed-use development by MRP on Hammersmith Road in West Kensignton London W14.

The proposed plans would create a new high-quality hotel and state-of-the-art office and lab space for research and development.

The site consists of two office buildings covering around 90,000 sq ft on a 1.4-acre site. It is located next to the Kensington Olympia area and is close to the £1.3 billion mixed-use regeneration project at Olympia London. The site has the potential to be used for a variety of purposes, including office space, life science and medical facilities, student accommodation, and senior housing.

Catella APAM sold the building on behalf of its Danish client Britannia Invest A/S to developer MRP on 30 June 2023.
