Overview

Colliers Yard is a mixed-use development by Renaker in Manchester M3 in England.

The scheme will feature 1,521 homes across three towers with detailed brick podiums. The towers will range in height from 42 to 51 storeys. The development will be surrounded by high-quality public spaces, including a new park, a tree-lined boulevard, and a new square that will open up to reveal the Collier Street Baths, a Grade II* listed building.

Colliers Yard will also have over 40,000 sq ft of commercial space, which will be home to local, independent restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops.

The first tower to be released for sale is Bankside, which is 43 storeys tall and will contain 444 luxury apartments, including a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments and penthouses, along with an exceptional level of residential amenities.
