The site was purchased by Leufroy as a mixed-use freehold with a large 200 square meter ground and basement unit, and a 6-bed HMO over the upper floors.

Leufroy received planning permission to convert the building into three flats including one three-bedroom flat and two with two bedrooms, with extensions at the rear and a loft conversion on the fourth floor. These initial works were completed in 2017 and the flats have been used as serviced apartments for short-stay and medium-stay guests.

Ongoing works that have been more recently approved include: altering the front facade to include residential access, a rear extension and an additional residential unit. Recent additional planning gains include splitting the current A3 unit to form an A3 unit at the front of the property and a residential flat at the rear over the ground floor and basement.
