3 New Street Square is an office building in the London EC4.

This is the first standalone Myo workspace to occupy an entire building.

The recently refurbished building contains 45,000 sq ft of office space across six floors.

Works completed by Collins in 2023 included the addition of a roof extension with a pavilion and terrace to provide Myo customers with views across London and to St Paul’s.

The building also has a ground-floor event space, a new reception, and a safe cycle storage.
