Ebb & Flow is a Build-to-Rent BTR development in Reading, Berkshire RG1.

The development offers 598 BTR homes at Station Hill, Reading.

The first two BTR apartment buildings at Station Hill are available from summer 2023 and will be known as Ebb&Flow. The name represents the geographic coming together of the River Thames and River Kennet which has historically been of strategic and economic importance to the town and its people. The project has also taken inspiration from the waterways in the landscaping design with over 2 acres of public realm at Station Hill which will improve the town’s connectivity.
