Overview

Westmead is a residential development of affordable homes by Westminster City in Westbourne Park, London W11.

The scheme will create 65 new affordable homes as part of the council’s Fairer Westminster strategy. All homes will have private amenity space, either a balcony or a private garden.

The six-storey Westmead aims to meet the AECB CarbonLite™ New Build standard, a recognised benchmark for enhancing comfort, health, and energy and carbon performance. Achieving this standard will involve the integration of PV panels, exhaust air heat pumps, and rigorous air tightness measures, ensuring optimal energy efficiency for prospective residents.

The building will also feature enhanced green spaces for the community and provide 121 new bicycle parking spaces.
