2018 October - Demolition and redevelopment to provide a new building comprising sub-basement, lower ground, ground and part six / part seven upper storeys with roof terrace at part seventh floor, flexible/alternative office (Class B1) / retail (Class A1) on the ground and lower ground floors, office (Class B1) on upper floors, installation of a plant at seventh-floor level, and associated works. Internal works at ground floor to link with part of No.73 Brook Street. (Linked with 1 Green Street)18/01277/FULL.

2016 September - Grosvenor Britain & Ireland is given the go-ahead by Westminster City Council to redevelop 75-77 Brook Street building into ca 11,300 sq ft (NIA) of grade A office space.

The scheme, designed by architectural practice Latitude, will replace two severely dilapidated buildings which are currently vacant and in much need of repair, and provide additional office space to north Mayfair.

2016 May - Planning application submitted for:
Application 1: Demolition and redevelopment to provide an office (Class B1) building comprising of basement, ground and five upper storeys. External terraces at rear ground, fourth and roof levels and installation of plant at roof level. (Part of land use swap with 1 Green Street). Application 2: Use of the first to fourth floors to residential (Class C3) providing four self-contained residential units (2 x 1 bed and 2 x 2 bed units). Replacement of satellite dish and aerial at roof level. Installation of new shop window and awnings to shopfront (North Audley Street) and corner entrance. Associated internal and external alterations in connection within the residential use and the retail (Class A1) use at ground and lower ground floors. (Part of land use swap with 75-77 Brook Street).

Work on 75-77 started on site in March 2017, completed in 2019.

The freeholder of the site is Grosvenor.
