Overview

The Chancery Rosewood hotel at 30 Grosvenor Square is a redevelopment of the Grade II listed US Embassy building in Mayfair, London W1.

The new The Chancery Rosewood will contain 137 guest rooms, 5 restaurants, 6 flagship retail units, a spa and a 1,000 person ballroom.

The new hotel is designed by Sir David Chipperfield, retaining the unique external façade whilst integrating a new hotel, retail, spa and event space.

The historic facades designed by Eero Saarinen on Grosvenor Square, Upper Brook Street and Upper Grosvenor Street will be retained and restored. The Eagle will remain on the façade in front of the proposed roof pavilion.
