Trellick Tower is a Grade II listed 31-storey residential building in London W10.
The building was designed by architect Ernő Goldfinger.
2017 May - The first major external work in nearly 10 years started at Trellick Tower. The £7.2 million refurbishment, which is funded by the Council, has an expected duration of 14 months. The project is being carried out by Kensington & Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation (KCTMO), which also manages the building, and Wates Living Space to provide significant investment across North Kensington. It will include concrete repairs to the outside of the building, the repair and redecoration of all windows and sliding doors in the flats and the replacement of communal windows.
