History

2014 July - Essential Living completed the purchase of the 2.8-acre former Elizabeth Arden factory site. The Residential Land team at JLL helped dispose of the former Elizabeth Arden Perfume Factory in North Acton on behalf of Sapcote Developments to Essential Living for in excess of £28m. The 2.8 acre site, which formerly provided ca 80,000 sq ft of serviced office accommodation, is located within the Southern Gateway Opportunity Area.
