Overview

Camden Council is building new homes at Regent’s Park Estate for residents who are losing their current homes because of the High Speed 2 (H2S) development. The terminus of the new railway from London to Birmingham will be Euston.

New buildings include:

1-3 Robert Street NW1 3FB - 13 new homes on this site. The new building will be five storeys high with a new community hall on the ground floor and a new public square.

1-11 Redhill Street NW1 3QP - 11 new homes. Along with the replacement homes that are required, the planning permission includes building nine additional affordable homes in the area and 12 homes for private sale, which will be marketed to local people first. These are located on here (Kentmere) and 1-10 Albany Street (Roswick) site.

1-32 Vardnell Street NW1 3QD - 8 new homes. The new building will be a mix of six and three storeys high. There will also be a new shared garden with new planting on this site.
32 new homes. The building will be 11 storeys high with space for a shop on the ground floor. There will also be a new garden and play area on the site.

1-10 Albany Street NW1 4BH - 10 new homes on this site. Along with the replacement homes required, our planning permission includes building 14 additional affordable homes in the area and 17 homes for private sale, which will be marketed to local people first.

1-15 Albany Street NW1 4BH - 15 new homes The new building will be six storeys high, plus a basement. There will also be new planting and paving and sunken basement gardens on the site. 5 x 1 bedroom, 2 x 2 bedroom, 3 x 3 bedroom, 5 x 3 bedroom.

1-3 Little Albany Street NW1 4DY - 3 new homes on this site including one fully accessible wheelchair flat. The new building will be three storeys high and we’ll plant plants on this site.

1-24 Mardale NW1 3FJ - 24 new homes on this site. The new building will be seven storeys high with space for two retail shops on the ground floor. There will be a new garden with trees, hedge and benches on this site.
