Overview

Trader Wembley is a new commercial development on Ealing Road in Wembley, Greater London HA0.

The building will accommodate 30 traders, makers, creators, retailers, food traders and entrepreneurs.

This development was created in partnership with CRATE, the network of entrepreneurial business communities, where collaboration promotes growth and success.

The site is next to a Methodist Church to the north, and a four-storey mixed-use retail development to the south.

History

Formerly known as V&V Ealing Road.

2020 October - Breaking ground.

2020 June - Planning permission granted for the redevelopment of the site to incorporate a new two-storey structure for a temporary period of 10 years comprising of the following uses A1 (retail), A2 (Professional and Financial Services), A3 (Restaurants and Cafes), A4 (Drinking Establishment), A5 (Fast Food Takeaways), B1 (Business), D1 (Non-Residential), (D2 (Leisure), incorporating 14 cycle spaces, the formation of terraces and outdoor seating, refuse storage area, WC facilities, including loading bay and pedestrian access to the front, subject to Deed of Agreement dated 23 June 2020 under Section 106 of Town and Country Planning Act 1990, as amended.
