The two office areas at 31 and 32 Prescot Street will be compleated in 2018 and offer basement and ground level, and first-floor space respectively. Both are stylish, self-contained units that can boast brilliant levels of natural light, as well as having their own individual outdoor patio/terrace area. Each have their own street level access and kitchen and washroom facilities, as well as communal bike storage and changing/shower room areas. Lastly, the many transport links in the area will be a major draw, with the completion of Crossrail next year only improving the already fantastic accessibility of the premises.
