One New Change has been shortlisted in the 'Best Project Five Years On' category at next year’s London Planning Awards, which celebrate the capital’s top planning and development projects.

At One New Change 87% of the rent is due to be reviewed over the next 2 years, reports Land Securities.
They have already reviewed 60% maintained the office rents achieved at the very peak of the last cycle and the most recent review has increased the passing rent by 7%. The retail reviews have increased the passing rent by 25%.

Panmure Gordon has taken 14,800 sq ft of office space and bwin 20,000 sq ft which brings the overall percentage let to 94%.

At One New Change in the City, CBRE Global Investors Ltd, one of the world’s largest real estate investment management firms, has taken circa 25,200 sq ft on a 15 year lease with a break at year 10. The offices at One New Change are now 82% let, with occupiers including K&L Gates, CME Group, SMBC Nikko Capital Markets and Friends Life.

Ocado has opened up a virtual pop-up ‘shop’ at One New Change.
The shop is open between 26th August and 1st September at Unit 23 in One New Change shopping centre by London’s St Paul’s.
The shop will be a printed window display featuring some of the most popular items. Barcodes underneath will let you scan the items and drop them into the basket on the app. Then you simply book a delivery and get on with your day.
