The Folium is a residential development at the former Coppetts Wood Hospital site in Muswell Hill, London N10.
A collection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with Shared Ownership and 4 bedroom town houses through a market sale launched in November 2020.
The development will comprise 80 new homes in a mix of sizes, including apartments and townhouses.
54% of the new homes will be affordable, consisting of 25 shared ownership apartments and 18 homes for affordable rent, six of which will be family-sized homes. The scheme also includes extensive landscaping to create a place with plenty of trees, green space and planting that will benefit the new residents as well as the surrounding community.
Work to demolish the existing unusable buildings began later in 2017.

Catalyst Housing has been granted planning permission for an 80-home development on the site of the former Coppetts Wood Hospital.
The site has been unused since 2008 and many of the buildings have fallen into disrepair. Catalyst purchased the site in September 2015 and commissioned Conran and Partners architects to design a new residential development. The project makes use of what has become an unattractive and derelict piece of brownfield land that will now provide much needed new and affordable homes for local people.
