Overview

11-13 Spa Road is a 185-room student development opposite Spa Gardens in Bermondsey, London SE1.

The scheme will deliver 185 studio rooms across five floors, offering an array of amenity space including a study room, gym, cinema, roof lounge and additional social space. The development sits next to the Grade II listed Buddhist Centre at no. 15 Spa Road built in 1890, which was one of the first free public libraries in London.

2017 - Planning application submitted for: Demolition of existing buildings and construction of a part 4, 5 and 6 storey building to form 185 students rooms (sui generis), communal student facilities, plant room, cycle storage, gym, recycling & refuse facilities and associated works.
