Legacy Buildings
Three buildings in Phase Two are designed by Arup Associates. Lobby design by Luis Bustamante. Legacy Buildings apartments launched 27th February 2016. Featuring Sky Pool. Completion Spring 2019.

Sky Pool: Designed by HAL Architects, the Sky Pool is a transparent, 25m long, 5m wide and 3m deep with a water depth of 1.2m. Built in Colorado, U.S., the pool was installed between the two Legacy Buildings on the 10th floor. Structural Engineer: Eckersley O'Callaghan. The pool opened in May 2021.

Park & Ravine apartments launched 15th March 2017.

Ambassador Building

The Modern
The final residential building at Embassy Gardens comprises 160 apartments.

Transport
The extension of the Northern Line to Battersea will be completed in 2020, with two new tube stations opening at Nine Elms and Battersea Power Station.

In December 2017 Optiva announced it is selling 38 apartments through Shared Ownership scheme. 14 x 1 bed & 24 x 2 bed apartments. The Shared Ownership apartments are called Consular Apartments.
