1998 - The 42,000 sq ft (4,000m2) office in Fitzrovia, acquired by Ridgeford in 1998, three original buildings were transformed into one impressive office building and a 15-year tenancy secured with advertising agency Banks Hoggins Oshea FCB, a division of True North Communications.
