Three residential blocks up to 16 storeys in height will offer new homes, of which 47% will be affordable units.

The technology element, which incorporates a roof passenger drone landing pad and electric car charging points, will house 15-25 tech companies.

The development also includes a 14-storey 210-bed four-star hotel, retail units, boutique cinema, gym and spa.

Hudson Square, the central plaza, will offer communal amenity spaces and 350-car parking spaces in the double-storey basement.
