1-4 Capital Interchange Way is a Build-to-Rent and affordable housing development in Brentford, West London TW8.

A new residential-led mixed-use development in Brentford, West London, Capital Interchange Way will provide 420 new homes, of which 223 will be for private rent, 112 for shared ownership, and 85 for affordable rent. The scheme will also offer 45,000 sq ft of commercial and retail space, designed to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ environmental and sustainability rating.
