Overview
Glassmill is a planned residential-led scheme by Rockwell in Battersea, London SW11.
The redevelopment of the 1980s office building will include private residences, affordable housing, commercial floorspace for community and retail use, and a small business hub on the first floor of the building.
A significant part of the scheme will be activating the ground floor space and improving connectivity along Thames Path and Battersea Bridge Road, which run along the northern and western perimeters of the building.
The first public exhibition is held in September 2022.
