Designed by Maccreanor Lavington, the building will provide 170 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom open market homes.
The interiors designed by Woods Bagot echo the Art Deco architecture of Hampstead Garden Suburb, combining contemporary and classic styles.
Many apartments offer views of Claremont Park and the internal sensory garden.
Amenities include membership in Claremont Park Club, which occupies the ground floor of The Delamarre and The Ashbee buildings. The facilities at The Delamarre include residents lounge, workspace and the gym. The Ashbee includes a screening room, meeting room and cocktail bar.
The Delamarre building is part of the joint venture with Invesco Real Estate which is acting on behalf of a US separate account client.
The first residents are expected to move into The Delamarre in late 2024.
