11 Stanhope Gate is a planned residential development in Mayfair, London W1.

Originally built as a residential townhouse, the building has been used for office purposes until relatively recently.

The townhouse comprises lower ground, ground, and five upper floors with a roof-level plant above.

The plans submitted in Spring 2023 propose several modifications and additions to the building. A new basement is planned, which was originally intended for both commercial and residential storage, but now is exclusively for residential use.

The originally intended cycle storage area in the basement will now be used for refuse storage and mechanical plant placement. The lower ground floor will house the bottom part of a maisonette, which is connected to the ground floor, a small fitness centre, and cycle storage.

The main entrance is located on the ground floor, featuring a residential lobby, a separate reception for a concierge, and the top portion of the maisonette that stretches to the lower ground floor.

The first through fourth floors will each have a 2-bedroom flat. The fifth and newly added sixth floors will house a 4-bedroom maisonette.
