- The Park Lane Mews Hotel: a 75-bed 4-star hotel, located at 2 Stanhope Row.
- 36 and 37 Hertford Street: two residential buildings accommodating 13 apartments (36 Hertford Street is Grade II listed.)
- 16 Stanhope Row and 16 & 17 Market Mews: 3 units, plus 1 windowless cellar unit.
The green plaque on the building reads: "On this site, until destroyed by bombing during the winter of 1940, stood an archway and Mayfair's oldest house 'The Cottage 1618 A.D.' from where a shepherd tended his flock whilst Tyburn idled nearby."
