18-19 Buckingham Gate is a new residential development approximately 150 metres from Buckingham Palace in London SW1.

The new building designed by SimpsonHaugh architects will create 13 new apartments.

Amenities include a foyer lounge, underground car park, resident gym and spa, roof garden and landscaped courtyards.

History

The GDV £75m 46,000sq ft development was originally started by GSP.

2016 - GSP Real Estate Limited sold the development to Portman Heritage.

The development gained planning permission in August 2015.

19 Buckingham Gate is let to The Communication Group plc on a lease expiring June 2017 - Allsop's brochure for 19 Buckingham Gate.

Both No 18 and No 19 were six-storey buildings with a frontage on Buckingham Gate.

The site was originally developed in the 1730s and rebuilt in the 1950s.
