Overview

101 on Cleveland is a 150,000 sq ft residential-led mixed-use development in Fitzrovia, London W1.

Dukelease, in a joint venture with Art-Invest and ECE, redeveloped this unique island site into apartments and 36,000 sq ft of commercial space.

Three buildings designed by Assael Architecture comprise basement, ground and 9 upper floors at Clipstone Street and 2 blocks of ground and 3 upper floors at the central and northern end of the site.

New Homes: 88 private units, 15 affordable flats. Four premium penthouses with private rooftop terraces. Apartments are for sale through Savills and JLL.

History

2020 January - The superstructure stage commenced on-site last week, reports Potter Raper.

2018 March - Application for changes submitted to increase the number of 3-bed units from 32 to 34 and reduce the number of 1-bed units from 37 to 35; changes to the window detail including revisions to the stone detail, style, sizes and locations of various windows; the introduction of double-height windows; Amendment to the ground floor entrance; Redesigned balustrade details and balconies.

2016 November - Planning permission granted for:
Demolition of existing building and redevelopment to provide a building of three blocks separated by landscaped areas (Block A - comprising ground and nine upper floors, Block B - ground and three upper floors and Block C - ground and three upper floors, each with basement and sub-basement) to provide up to 105 residential units, a petrol filling station, a mix of retail (Class A1)/ restaurant (Class A3)/ drinking establishment (Class A4)/office (Class B1)/ non-residential institution (Class D1) and assembly and leisure (Class D2) floorspace, and 46 residential parking spaces with associated plant space across sub-basement, basement and ground floor levels.
