Clarendon is a new development by St William in Haringey, London N8.

Part of the Haringey Heartlands Regeneration. Clarendon will create 1,714 apartments together with extensive business, retail and community space as well as the creation of a public square and landscaped courtyards.

L&Q at Clarendon Shared Ownership launched in January 2022.

Phase 4 plans were approved by Haringey Council in 2024. Comprising 377 new and flexible office/commercial spaces in a 27-storey building designed by Sheppard Robson, a new public square, and landscaped rooftop terraces.
