The first building where new build flats are for sale, The Brookline, comprises 171 one, two and three-bedroom apartments. All homes have access to a private balcony or a terrace.

JTP architects have designed new plans for the £270m development of 749 homes and light industrial/commercial space on the ground level.
40% of homes, which is 294 units, will be Brent Council's affordable housing. These homes are set to be completed in phases from 2025.
The buildings will be up to 24 storeys.
The affordable units will include 80 for affordable rent at London Affordable Rent levels, 62 units for affordable rent at no more than 65% of open market rents and 76 units for Shared Ownership.
Expected start on site in 2022 and a phased completion in 2026.

2020 July - Planning application submitted for the demolition and redevelopment to provide new buildings ranging between 11 and 21 storeys with basement levels; all for a mix of uses comprising 493 residential units, retail (Use Class A1) and industrial floorspace (Use Class B1(c); provision of private and communal space, car parking, cycle parking, ancillary space, mechanical plant, landscaping and other associated works. 2019 - Dominvs Group is planning a mixed-use development that includes 1,000 residential units. JLL is offering space to let in the warehouse for the short term.
