New appointment
Sir Robert McAlpine has been appointed as the main contractor to deliver the 750,000 sq ft 2 Frinsbury Avenue project in the City of London EC2.
The British Land GIC joint venture has been working with Sir Robert McAlpine as part of a longstanding framework, which has delivered exceptional buildings such as 100 Liverpool Street and One Broadgate.
Set to be completed in 2027, the 170-metre tall building will comprise a 21-storey West office tower and 36-story East office tower, characterised by triangular patterns combining a solid and glazed sawtooth-shaped...
