82 West (previously known as Westferry Quarter) at 82 West India Dock Road is a mixed-use development in Canary Wharf, London E14.
The development comprises a 29-storey 66-unit residential high-rise tower, a 400-bed hotel and retail space set amongst substantial public realm improvements.
Hotel: The 400-room hotel will meet an identified shortfall in visitor accommodation in the area and deliver 259 new jobs, bringing employment and training opportunities in the hospitality and leisure sector.
New Homes: The 66 high-quality 1, 2 and 3-bed tenure-blind apartments are designed to the highest standards, with 35% being affordable in perpetuity for local families.
Amenities: Shared access to a landscaped roof top garden and an on-site gym, in addition to over 220m of children’s play space.

The £150 million project, financed by Aviva Investors, will include the country’s tallest Premier Inn hotel and the brand’s largest outside of a London airport.
