2020 January - Ground-breaking ceremony at 82 West India Dock Road. The first sods were turned by Cllr Victoria Obaze (Speaker), Cllr Mohammed Ahbab Hossain (Deputy Speaker) and Unmesh Desai (London Assembly Member for City and East).
2019 September - works start on site.
2018 October - Planning permission granted.
July 2016 - Planning application submitted for:
