2019 - Royal Bank of Scotland RBS moved out of the building at the end of 2019 to no. 250 next door.

2019 Oct - RBS sells the building for Savills and advises CBRE Global Investors and Arax Properties, on the acquisition of the long leasehold interest in 280 Bishopsgate, London EC2. The building is acquired by Brockton Everlast and Quoinstone Investment for £190m.
