Description of West Green Place

West Green Place is a mixd-use development in London N17.

West Green Place will comprise 126 new homes - apartments and townhouses for sale. 98 units will be sold at a discount of 20% from the market rate using Pocket's unique model.

The townhouses have been carefully designed by HTA to minimize any overlooking and maximize light to existing homes to the east through a distinctive section that slopes down to the ground floor.

The site is situated adjacent to the existing Downhills Park in the London Borough of Haringey.

Pocket Living received planning permission from Haringey council last week, for their most ambitious scheme to date, West Green Place N17.

Pockt will build 98 Pocket homes for local first-time buyers at a 20% discount, establishing another strong community of owner occupiers.

West Green Place will include with a new community centre for the benefit of the whole local community.

A first-time buyer reportedly helped convince the planning committee by telling her story about how she is priced out in the area she grew up in. Hearing the experiences of a local first-time buyer who could benefit from this development made all the difference in helping the Planning Committee to approve the new homes.
