2016 February - Land at The Hyde, Hendon has been sold to L&Q for £32.5 million. Joint venture partners NEAT Developments and DTZ Investors obtained planning permission to redevelop the 3.6-acre site, currently occupied by a Homebase retail store and a used car sales lot, into an exceptional new build development delivering 386 residential units and 15,000 sq. ft. of retail, leisure and commercial space.
